These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom Buffalo, LLC d/b/a WGR (“Station”).  Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well.  A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 500 Corporate Parkway, Suite 200, Amherst, NY 14226 during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at www.wgr550.com. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.

1.     No purchase necessary. 

2. Starting on September 7, 2012 at12am through December 30, 2012 at 1pm, log on to www.wgr550.com, click on “Contests”, then the “Bank on the Bills” link to submit the online entry form with your name, address, phone number, age, email address and your prediction for the number of total yards rushing you guess the Buffalo Bills will run at the next regular season Buffalo Bills game.

3.       There will be seventeen separate weekly rounds based on the seventeen weeks in the NFL season (each a “Round” and subject to any rescheduled dates per the NFL).  Entry for each Round will begin at 12am Monday and close at the kick off of that week’s game (see schedule below).  All entries received the week of round 8 will be combined with round 9 since week 8 for the Buffalo Bills is a Bye week and the Bills do not play that week.  

4.       For each Round, the entrant who had the closet guess to the actual recorded total yards rushing by the Buffalo Bills will be that Round’s contest winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the contest rules.  In the event of a tie, Station will randomly select one of the tied entrants to be that Round’s winner.

5.       There will be a total of sixteen (16) Round winners (one winner for each Round except Round 8 which is the Bye week).  Once the season is over, one (1) round winner will be randomly selected to win a grand prize below), subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the contest rules. 

6.       If a game is canceled, forfeited, or indefinitely suspended for any reason, that game shall not count for any participant and no round winner will be determined that round.

7.       Round winners will be notified within 2 business days of each round’s game at the telephone number provided to Station in his or her entry.  Potential grand prize winner will be contacted by January 2, 2013 at the telephone number provided to Station in his or her entry blank.

8. There will be up to 16 Qualifiers who will each receive an autographed Fred Jackson football valued at $95.

Up to one grand prize will be awarded in this contest.  The verified grand prize winner and one guest will receive a private tour at the Bills Practice Facility and lunch with Fred Jackson. The date, time and location of the tour and lunch will be determined by Station based on Fred Jackson’s availability, without liability for Grand Prize Winner’s inability to attend the scheduled tour/lunch for any reason.  Station is not responsible if the tour/lunch needs to be rescheduled by Fred Jackson and will, in good faith, work with Fred Jackson and Grand Prize Winner to reschedule the dinner (so long as Grand Prize Winner notifies Station of the postponement) but in no event will Station be responsible for any failure of the Grand Prize Winner and Fred Jackson to reschedule the meeting for any reason.
